It is essential that all delegates, including speakers, register on line or mail completed registration form together with payment of registration fees to the Forum Secretariat. Speakers Note
It is a requirement of all speakers that they register for the Forum and pay the appropriate registration fees.
Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation letter and tax invoice (receipt) will be sent to all delegates by email/and or mail once their registration form has been processed and payment made.
Payment
Please note that when you pay by credit card, Conference Logistics will
appear on your statement. Payments will only be accepted in
Australian Dollars.

Cancellation Policy
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Forum after
submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a
substitute. All alterations, substitutions and cancellations
must be made in writing to the Forum Secretariat.
Cancellations received on or before 12 February 2008 will be
refunded, less an administration fee of $99. Cancellations after
12 February 2008 will not be refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Organising
Committee. By submitting your registration you agree to the
terms of the cancellation policy. All refunds will be processed
after the Forum

The 2nd International Salinity Forum may disclose your contact information service providers that perform services on behalf of the Forum (such as mailing houses). In addition, from time to time, the 2nd International Salinity Forum may share contact information with other third parties such as sponsors.
